A bit of a sleeper in the dark beer realm, this smooth, chocolatey concoction is actually a lager. Fermented slow and cold just as it has been brewed for centuries in the Baltic Region of Northern Europe. While it comes in a bit higher on the ABV scale, you will never know it, masked by the beauty of milk chocolate, subtle dark cherry, and dried plum.

Beastly deep notes of bitter chocolate, charred bread and an epic depth of rich coffee. In the dead of night, darkness comes alive. The night howler wails death’s lullaby…

A cross between your favorite crispy boi lagers and your favorite West Coast IPAs! A cold'n'frosty lager fermentation and flaked wheat makes for a crispy'n'clean finish while Mosaic, Krush and Nelson Sauvin hops produce tones of full bodied fruity notes with a kick of dank tropical funk. Notes of Peach, Nectarine, Diesel, and light allium.

An oldie turned into a newbie. Chocked full of Simcoe, Strata and Columbus CRYO, this one packs the resinous, citrusy dankness. To amp it up one more level, we added some Pineapple Express Terpenes to the mix as well to really give it that extra dank kiss. Expect flavors of Dank/Resin, Tropical Citrus, Melon, and Stone Fruit.

Our 2023 Gold Medal Winner at the NABA International Beer Awards, this IPA is an ode to the IBU races from our favorite old school California Breweries. Stay Fresh gives candied orange, dank grapefruit and most of all a bold bitterness.

We're keep things positively righteous with a double dose of Centennial and Cashmere hops. Notes of grapefruit, tropical fruit, melon and peach jump from the glass with a smooth finish. It’s kinda like what sitting on a tropical beach tastes like and we’re getting really good vibes from this one!

A Classic West Coast with Strata, Citra, Mosaic and Chinook. Passion Fruit, Orange Peel, with a touch of Pine, chalked full of positivity and merriment we can always use more of, especially these days am I right??

In Celebration of 10 year dishing out the beer to the people of Portland, we give you this punch to the face, ya know, cause we love ya! Experimental HBC 586 hops bring the Pineapple to the party, and Mosaic, Simcoe, & Citra keep it classy with a balanced dose of allium, citrus and tropical fruit. A firm bitterness balances the higher ABV, leaving you pleasantly satisfied, even after being punched in the face. Thanks for being you Portland!

Soft and balanced German style lager with supreme drinkability. "Helles" is the German word for "light" and is very appropriately named.

Originally brewed for the 10th anniversary of Bailey’s Taproom in 2017, we brewed it again in memory of Bailey's, and in support of all the local taprooms keeping it local and supporting what we do. This crispy bloke hits like a Helles, with a more subdued hop profile and delightlfully sweet grain character giving it great body and flavor. In collaboration with Wayfinder Beer, we made a beer in the name of friendship, and knowing when to say Sorry when you screwed up! Of course, nobody at Baerlic or Wayfinder decided to be rude to our lovely friends to the North, but we wanted to show them some love anyway! This super easy going lager is as polite and fair as a Canadian, drink one for them will ya, eh!?

Brewed with flaked corn reminiscent of your great great grandpappy's favorite chuggin' beer from the 1880s with notes of ripe fruit, fresh spring flowers and a touch of citrus in a beer made for drinkin'!

Originally brewed by the incomparable Cason Wolcott for the Annual She Brew Festival hosted here in Portland to celebrate women brewers everywhere. It was so popular, we brought it back for an encore! Cason created a beer that is 100% her daily driver, a easy going beer with good clean flavor. She decided to turn up the volume a bit with some lime zest and sea salt, no lime wedge needed! Just Beach, Just Genius, Just delicious.

Gose (say “gose-uh”) is an ancient salty & slightly sour beer originally from Leipzig, Germany. Aromas of sweet oats and bread are complimented by a slightly tart & saline finish. Hits the spot! The Gatorade of beer!

A Pacific Northwest homage to the ciders we love so much from Basque Country. Sagardo has the perfect balance of tropical fruit flavors, prickly acidity and funk, making it the ideal cider for the dinner table. Sagardo is fermented spontaneously in a mix of stainless steel and American oak foeders. Named Oregon Cidery of the Year 2022!
