The Super Secret Beer Club, our private event space, is located directly next door to our Southeast Brewery & Taproom at 2235 SE 11th Street in beautiful Portland, Oregon. Originally our very first taproom, it now functions as a fully private event space for all your party needs.

  • Pricing starting at $700 for 4 hours (additional hours are $175 per)

  • Accommodation of up to 70 guests

  • Minors are allowed until 9pm

  • Your room fee includes access to the space for 4 hours & a dedicated, helpful, kind, attentive bartender! No drinks or food are included in the room fee.

  • Only if you’d like to! We run event beverage service just like in our public taprooms, so you’re welcome to cover the drinks for your guests, or guests can self-pay as they order.

  • Absolutely! We require that you utilize non-marring materials if you need to hang decorations (think painter’s tape or a Command strip). Tabletop decorations are a nice, simple way to make the space your own. Keep in mind any time you need to decorate or take down your decorations is included in your total reservation time.

  • Nope! The only time you’ll have access to the space is the 4-hour reservation window you’ve paid for. Any supplies need to come in with you at the start of your reservation and leave with you when your reservation is over.

  • Need more than 4 hours in the space? That’s fine! You can add up to 2 additional hours to your reservation at the time of booking for $175 per additional hour.

  • Woah, strong opinions, but ok! You can bring in whatever food you DO like. Any catering needs to be 100% arranged and paid for by you - we just handle the tasty beverages. Keep in mind that you (or your caterer) will need to provide all the plates/silverware/serving ware that you might need for you & your guests! Baerlic doesn’t have any of that stuff handy so you need to bring it all with you & take it away when you’re done.

  • No way! We’ve got drinks galore for you to enjoy. All beverages need to be provided by us.

    We’re cool, however, with milk or juice boxes you might want to bring in for kiddos, or in cases of extreme allergies. Just let us know ahead of time.

  • Totally! Just keep in mind that you’ll also need to bring in any plates/silverware/serving ware that you need for your cake. We don’t have any of that stuff on hand, so you’ll need to pack it along!

    Cupcakes or other hand-held treats are a great way to get around needing all that extra stuff, if you want to bring a sweet treat.

  • Sure! If that’s the vibe you want, we support it! Just keep in mind that the space can get pretty loud when it’s packed with guests, so a DJ makes for a pretty big ‘party vibe’.

  • Heck yes! It’s your party! We use Spotify, so emailing us your playlist ahead of time is tops. But if you just want to plug into the aux cable, we’re down with that, too!

  • Awesome! We love learning! The space is equipped with a projector. You can connect via Apple AirPlay or with a good old HDMI cable.
