Originally brewed for the 10th anniversary of Bailey’s Taproom in 2017, we brewed it again in memory of Bailey's, and in support of all the local taprooms keeping it local and supporting what we do. This crispy bloke hits like a Helles, with a more subdued hop profile and delightlfully sweet grain character giving it great body and flavor. Clean, crisp pale ale with a bright aroma of sweet pineapple and grapefruit followed by a zesty kiss of citrus peel. Comet Hop a big player here, complimented by some Centennial CGX CRYO. Finishes with a dry, tingly bitterness.

Another edition in our hop exploration adventures, we bring you this New Zealand Hopped IPA with a very clean and straight forward malt bill to let the hops shine. New Zealand grown Zilla and Nelson Sauvin are the players here, both known for their intense fruity character. Stone Fruit, Pineapple, with a mix of Lemon, Lime and Orangey citurs from the Zilla hops.

To celebrate Oregon Agriculture, this beer gets brewed by breweries all over the state, focusing on only ingredients grown right here in the PNW. A trusty, classic IPA built to showcasethe Piney, Citrusy, Dank character it has always been known for.

A classic IPA possessed with a maniacal evil, Dark Thoughts Black IPA is brewed with cold-steeped roasted malts for an eerily smooth darkness. Dryhopped with .666 lbs per barrel of Columbus & Mosaic hops.

Its lurks in the shadows, waiting to be discovered. If you have been wandering the earth looking for a dank, fruity tropical IPA that is full bodied but crisp...you have met your match. Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe.

This West Coast IPA was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Totopia Brewing from Nagoya Japan! We utilized some different hop varieties than we normally see around here, NZ Riwaka, Dolcita, and Columbus Cryo. This one is packed full of Tropical Stone Fruit, Grapefruit, Peach Ring Candy, and some creamy coconut on the back end. Yes, coconut. Enjoy! A traditional Polish Style Beer with Oak Smoked Wheat Malt and Polish Grown Hops called Lubelski. With a little guidance from our Friends at Threshold, we wanted to make sure we kept this one right on tradition! Notes of Citrus Zest, Cinnamon Spice, and Smoked Oak..

With aromas and flavors of dark fruit, bitter chocolate, toffee and toasted nuts, Thunderbolt is the perfect compliment to these dark days common here in the PNW—slightly chewy but nice and crisp in the finish!

Mysteriously spiced, and quiet enough to sneak up on you, the roasty, deeply chocolatey, earthy spicy notes blend together for one spooky experience! Mexican Hot Chocolate is composed of Cinnamon, Chilies, and Vanilla, but don’t be fooled, the chilies are subtle and bring a delicate touch of zest that really helps the palette power through the big flavors this one offers up.

A new recipe for us aimed to bring a rounded, softer body to the classic deep, dark, roasty flavors. Dark Chocolate, and mild fruitiness hangs in the background complimented by kick of roasty bitterness.

Just like your Great Grandpa’s daily breakfast at the Pancake House—hotcakes slathered in maple syrup alongside a bottomless cuppa joe. And seeing as he’s retired AF, maybe a squirt of chocolate syrup on top.

A Pacific Northwest homage to the ciders we love so much from Basque Country. Sagardo has the perfect balance of tropical fruit flavors, prickly acidity and funk, making it the ideal cider for the dinner table. Sagardo is fermented spontaneously in a mix of stainless steel and American oak foeders. Named Oregon Cidery of the Year 2022!

Hawk Haus is a blend of Jonathan and Yarlington Mill Apples. Pale, yellow-golden in color and lightly hazed with modest, tiny carbonation bubbles like the finest sparkling wines. The aroma is fresh cut apples and an earthy farmyard character. Hawk Haus is big, soft, and round on the palate with gentle acidity. The finish is just short of total dryness, with appealing fresh apple flavors from beginning to end.
